Our Saddleback Chardonnay is modeled after the “old world” style from Chablis, France. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation, helping to keep the natural acidity of the Chardonnay grape.

The 2022 Vintage of Petit Verdot presents with a complex yet subtle bouquet of flowers and sage that encompass a core of dark blackberry, blackcurrant and plum that finishes with sweet tobacco.
Ripe blackberry and plum, hits of black pepper. Cherry and toasted wood notes continue into a long balanced finsh of caramel and mocha framed by moderate tannins.
