Red Star: Ripe Red and Black Cherry, Raspberry, Strawberry hints of cassis and currant.  The wine has a bright mouth feel with medium acidity and soft tannins to a beautifully balanced finish.

Merlot 2019: Black cherry with a hint of soft chocolate.  Fruit forward and delicate on the palate and is framed by soft velvety tannins. 

Claret 2021: The 2021 Claret is a blend that is modeled after the great wines from St-Emilion in Bordeaux, France. The result; a new world wine with old world charm. The blend uses three of the five classic Bordeaux varietals; Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
